Police have swarmed a residential area in Waltham Abbey today after a man was found injured this morning (April 27). A man was found in the Ninefields area with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
The area has been cordoned off by police ever since, with the force remaining in the area. Police are treating this as an isolated incident with no threat to the wider community.
It is unclear on the nature of the incident at this time. EssexLive has contacted Essex Police for further information.

A spokesperson from Essex Police said: "Officers were called to an incident in Waltham Abbey in the early hours of this morning (Sunday 27 April). A man was found in the Ninefields area with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
"Detectives are investigating and treating this an isolated incident. There seems to be no threat to the wider community."
