Essex Police want to speak to this man in connection with an on-going investigation. It follows a reported disturbance in Southernhay, Basildon in September last year.
Enquiries have been progressing, but police are now asking the public if they can help them identify him. A spokesperson from Essex Police said: "If you recognise this man or have any information about who or where he is then please get in contact with us.
