Service New Products for Mercedes-Benz applications
The electronic air treatment combines pneumatic functions with intelligent electronics in one unit. This compact
system is easy to install, offers greater functionality, and results in fuel savings of several hundred liters per year.
In OE since 2018, the EAC2 modular system platform for Mercedes-Benz applications is now also available with electronic
parking brake in the independent aftermarket. The EAC2 ePBC thus offers further optimized functions, such as automat-
ically engaging or releasing the parking brake, as well as additional safety functions. This results in advantages such as a
reduction in the required installation space and mounting effort, as well as lower system costs compared to other combi-
nations of air control systems and pneumatic parking brake.
