@ToluAyo and I met with the community last week and oriented them to Translatewiki.net so they can look up translations for existing words and recommend them for core namespace translations instead of creating new ones: https://ff.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Adamu_mc#Feedback_2. They shared concerns about the variation of some Fulfulde words between the Nigerian Fula dialect and those of Gambia or Burkina Faso. They plan to collaborate with a contributor from Gambia on this soon.

@Nemoralis PR has now been merged! You can now update jquery.uls with the new language data from upstream and remember to include this task number T394873 in Bug: in the commit message.

@Lydia_Pintscher I checked with team. If someone from the Wikidata team can make a patch and ensure they include a link to autonym source in the description, we can help with code review and merging.

@matej_suchanek Thanks for the neat idea! I was able to use your query in Quarry tool to generate items with label kr:

@Aaharoni-WMF @ToluAyo Could you take a look at the updated task description? Now we have 9 languages for which Wikipedia exists, but $namespaceNames are missing in MediaWiki Core - even in fallback language message files.

Based on suggestion from @Aaharoni-WMF, updating the script and task description to only count languages with Wikipedia and no fallback support.
