Alysia was born in Texas to a Navy Veteran & an immigrant Vietnamese mother. She graduated high school in Texas & went on to earn a Business Administration degree. Alysia married a Marine & traveled the world. Soon following, everything in her life would come to a halt when her husband’s platoon was hit by an IED in Iraq. Devoting her time to the care of the severely injured Marines who returned home, she also served as a key volunteer supporting the grief-stricken families. PTSD would hit her family head-on & eventually severing it. Life dramatically transitioned, dropping her into welfare as a single mother & for a short period of homelessness. Alysia kept persevering. She hustled & moved to work as a substitute teacher by day & a personal trainer by night. A bout with cancer led to surgery & a three-month recovery that would result in Alysia enrolling into an EMT program, directing her path to becoming a volunteer fire fighter, serving with Team Rubicon both on the domestic & international teams & leveraging her skills to become a Wildland Firefighter/EMT. Through all of it, Alysia still found time to invest in the fight against Human Trafficking, Homelessness, Suicide/Depression, & serving with Special Needs organizations. Alysia is also a published Christian author, international swimsuit model, & Founder/CEO of her own non-profit, The Hourglass Initiative (combatting suicide & depression). Alysia knows servant leadership and her true north is firmly set.
  • Honor, Protect, and Enforce the Constitution of the United States.
  • Cultivate Family Values, Streamline the Education System, Support Military and First Responders.
  • Limited government: Term Limits, Eliminate Intrusion of government in American lives, and Stop wasteful spending.
Cultivating Family Values. Protecting the 2nd Amendment. Defending our God given rights, freedom, and liberties. Fighting against human trafficking. Alternatives to abortion. Simplifying the Adoption Process. Defend and Support Israel. Streamline the Education System. Equipping all First Responders with Training and Education to help in all capacities while in the field. Stop and expose government corruption.
I do try to be as Christ like as possible, but because I am human I do fall short at times. Other than that, I don't idolize any one particular person. I choose to be like Christ because the example he gave was one of a servant. Servant defined not as oppressed and beneath another but rather one who is willing to serve with no self interest, self promotion, or self motivation behind it.
Integrity, honesty, good moral character, faithfulness, accountability, leadership, and transparency.
To serve and represent the people of your district honestly and faithfully; uphold the oath you made.
Alysia GSD and then got out. Alysia kept her word and had actions that matched.
Stopping the implosion and divide from within our country, making America good and brave again, and becoming again, a strong respected leader on the world's front.
No, I think at least 3 years but no more than 4 because it is difficult to get things done in only 2 years and if you couldn't do it by 4 years you need to leave office.
I think they are important and necessary because Congress was not designed to be a career.
Yes, along with open mindedness, common sense, understanding, clear communication, and respect.
