Added serviceops because this would have to be added in Apache/appserver redirects (as opposed to redirecting entire domains in ncredir service, which would be traffic).

I support this. For just a bit more context, @zolfeqar brought it up in a conversation with me at the Central Asian WikiCon in Tashkent, and I suggested that he create this task.

This was never the behaviour of our servers, as far back as I can remember. We've always had a catchall for *.wikimedia.org in the website for the www-portal since at least 2015

Thanks for filing this task! This is a good idea and we can do it under the work planned for the pdns-recursor 5.x upgrade, mentioned in T381608.

@LPasqual_WMF The deploy for @wikipedia.org should already be working (please hit verify), but don't be surprised if you get an error (there could be ~5 minutes of cache), if it happens, wait 5 minutes and then retry.

I believe authentication on blusky happens through DNS. Adding DNS and Traffic for awareness.
