Etymology

Literally, hands shaking; swaying (moving from side to side), because a person who is emptyhanded will have both hands swaying.

    ܠܵܐ ܐܵܙܲܠ݇ܚ ܘܐ̈ܝܼܕ݂ܵܬ݂ܲܢ ܒܸܫܓ݂ܵܫܵܐ.
    Let’s not go emptyhanded.
    (literally, “Let’s not go with our hands swaying; moving from side to side.”)
