Biography
Josh Riley received a bachelor's degree in government and economics from the College of William and Mary in 2003 and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2007. His career experience includes working as a staff assistant to former Congressman Maurice Hinchey (D-N.Y.), a policy analyst at the U.S. Department of Labor, a clerk on the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and a general counsel to former Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Riley worked for the law firms Boies, Schiller & Flexner and Jenner & Block LLP.[1][2]
