Talisman Malaysia Ltd used a Dawson Construction Plant hammer to drive 4 conductor piles that were 36 inches in diameter and between 68.83 and 137.57 meters long offshore West Malaysia. A Dawson HPH9000 hydraulic piling hammer was used to drive the piles, with one pile extending 74.17 meters below the mud line. Talisman Energy is a global oil and gas company headquartered in Canada that had used Dawson piling hammers successfully on numerous prior wells and leases in offshore West Malaysia.

A Dawsons HPH9000 hydraulic piling hammer
was used to drive 140m piles, 74m below the
mud line.
