Vale Festival is a charitable, ethical and eco-friendly music and arts festival ran entirely by University of Birmingham students. Held every June after exams, our mission is to entertain, engage, educate and excite all our peers before they disappear for the summer: whilst raising as much money and awareness to support our annually committee-chosen causes as possible. ALL of our proceeds go directly to charity.

If you want to gain incredible new skills, experience event management, or just make a great group of new friends, then this is the society for you!

That's right, we need even MORE people to volunteer to be on the Vale Festival committee for 2014 as it will be our 10 year anniversary! The festival is expanding every year and we need YOU to help us make it bigger and better than ever before. Last year's event was run by a group of just over twenty students, studying a range of degrees and in different years. It is a brilliant way to get involved in Uni life and meet new people, whilst giving something back to the student community by creating an amazing event that all will remember. This truly is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and something that most committee members would say was the highlight of their university career.
