Oriental Mindoro with Mr Michael L Fanoga, LDRRMO III, Bopngabong as Guest of Honor and Speaker
facilitated by 406 CDC, 4RCDG, RESCOM PA. During his speech, he gave his respect to the dedication
and patriotism of the reservists thru voluntarism and he insisted to have a memorandum of Agreement
with the LGU of the said municipality to be recognized the reservists as one of the Responders of the
LGU.
