its employees by about 1200 FTEs (Full
Time Employees) across the three
centres.

directors and heads of HR & Finance to work

categories i.e. High Performers , Good
Performers & Bad Performers.
O Place the bad performers on notice for 2 months
for retrenchment.
O Identify the opportunities in other areas i.e., the
telecom and ISP verticals, & redeploy all the high
performers and some of the good performers
O Explore the option to redeploy the remaining
good performers in domestic operations with
reduced pay through a fresh temporary contract.
