INTRODUCTION:
Through Executive Director Resolution N° 124-2018-MINAGRI-DVDIAR-AGRO
RURAL-DE, the Annual Marketing Plan 2018 is approved.
AGRORURAL, which establishes among others, for the social segment, the value of
Marketing of Guano from the Islands at S/. 47.50 (Forty-seven with 50/100)
soles) per 50-kilogram sack approximately,
According to what is established in the AGRO RURAL Operations Manual,
approved by Ministerial Resolution No. 0015-2015-MINAGRI, the Executive Director
he is the highest executive and administrative authority, exercising legal representation
before public and private institutions, national and foreign, and their function is
promote and subscribe agreements, contracts, and others with private legal entities
or public for obtaining lines of financing, executing programs,
projects and activities and management of the Program.
THE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY OF ANCHIHUAY - LA MAR - AYACUCHO
It was created by Law 30086 dated 12/09/2013 with political autonomy,
economic and social, therefore its jurisdiction and scope of competence for the
execution of policies and regulations is the geographical area of the district of Anchihuay,
having its Institutional Headquarters in the city of Bella Vista of the District of
Anchihuay, the Province of La Mar - Ayacucho, constituting for its
Administración Económica y Financiera un Pliego y a la vez Unidad Ejecutora.
The District Municipality of Anchihuay is responsible for promoting the establishment and
strengthening of agrarian organizations, establishing their integration and
contribution to increase production, productivity, and profitability of the
agricultural activity, in order to carry it out, Promote sustainable development, providing
quality services, improving the standard of living and well-being of the rural population,
facilitating farmers' access to public services in the field
agriculture.
I. OBJECTIVES.
This work plan for the acquisition of island guano through
inter-institutional cooperation between the Agrarian Productive Development Program
Rural - AGRO RURAL of the Ministry of Agriculture and the District Municipality of
Anchihuay aims to recover degraded areas.
II. GOALS
The acquisition of Guano de Isla for the Recovery of Degraded Soils in
the area of the Anchihuay district as it relates to the Projects according to the
detail following.

V. BUDGET:
By Executive Presidency Resolution No. 017-2019-DV-PE, published in
Peruvian newspaper dated February 27 of the current fiscal year, Authorize
financial transfers within the framework of the Budgetary Program 'Program of'
Comprehensive and Sustainable Alternative Development - PIRDAIS, to finance the project
in favor of the District Municipality of Anchihuay for the Recovery project
from the Ecosystem Service of Environmental Conservation in the Jungle Zone of the
Anchihuay Community - Anchihuay District - La Mar Province -
Ayacucho - II STAGE 2019 with SNIP code 2276933 the sum of S/.
1,323,449.00 as the second year of disbursement.
The expenses for the acquisition of island guano will be assumed with
budget of the aforementioned Project through the District Municipality
from Anchihuay for the sum of S/. 64,125.00.
