DETAILED PROJECT REPORT ON CUSTOM HIRING CENTER

GENERAL INTRODUCTION:
Arpit Barod S/o Rakesh Barod setting –up a Custom hiring Center at village : Gram Kadwali
khurd Indore Dist Indore (M. P) PIN- 452010 with this CHC unit, he will help to farmers in the
nearby area under farm mechanization. He will provide combine harvester to the farmers on
custom hiring basis wherein he will work with farmers in their farm on rent basis.

Promoter:
Arpit Barod is an agriculturist of Gram Gram Kadwali khurd Indore Dist Indore (M. P) PIN-
452010. he and his family has been engaged in agriculture/farming activities. He is also a
progressive farmer of the area.

Objectives:
1. Introduction new technology agriculture machinery to the farmers in nearby areas.
2. To boost crop production and improve quality of agriculture operations by farm
3. To encourage individual Farmers to dispense with manual methods of land tilling,
seeding, transplanting, harvesting and processing of paddy crop or any other crop.
4. To provide Agricultural mechanization for In-Situ management of crop residue under
crop Residual Management Scheme

thus involved to superior agricultural practices in a localized environment and relevance. The
customization makes the knowledge easy to comprehend for all the small farmers and they are
able to relate to it and implement it with great ease. The whole process works at training and
upgrading the skills of the farmers involved.
