3. What is the basis of recording income and expenses in Accrual Basis of accounting?
4. State the rule of debit and credit for Nominal Account.
5. Which book is known as the book of original entry?

Answer each in about 30–50 words:

1. Define Assets. Classify them with examples.


2. State two differences between Capital Expenditure and Revenue Expenditure.
3. What is the Accrual Basis of Accounting? Explain with an example.
4. Explain the types of accounts and the golden rules of accounting.
5. Differentiate between Drawings and Capital with two points.
