1. The Mind is the Origin
- Say daily: "I am the creator of my experience."
- Replace one limiting belief with a new empowering one.
2. Observe Patterns (As Above, So Below)
- Reflect: Does your inner state match your outer world?
- Adjust your mindset intentionally.
3. Tune into Vibration
- Practice 5 minutes of daily gratitude.
- Focus on emotions that lift you: love, joy, peace.
4. Reprogram Your Subconscious
- Say an affirmation morning and night:
"I am aligned with divine truth. I attract what serves me."
- Cut out negative self-talk.
5. Live with Awareness of Cause & Effect
- Before actions, ask: "Is this choice aligned with who I want to be?"
- Sow seeds of kindness and purpose.
6. Embrace Stillness
- Meditate for 10 minutes daily in silence.
- Ask inwardly: "What truth is trying to reach me today?"
7. Ritual for Alignment
- Light a candle.
- Speak your intention aloud.
- Visualize it happening in detail.
