Description/Comments
1. Have achieved 100% audit targets for every month – average audit
for 11 months is 275
2. Total Fatal given was 210
3. All fatal were covered with one-on-one feedback along with BQ
sessions
4. Calibration along with call listening sessions were conducted with TLs
and agents on monthly basis
5. Several analyses done like Call Disconnection, Hold Analysis, Junk
Tagging Analysis, Invalid Call Transfer Analysis and Short Call Analysis.
6. Monthly PKTs along with Surprise test were conducted on floor.
7. Various process related suggestions given like –
• Email Observation shared on Different Drafts used for same query
• Suggestions shared to give interim response on email where TAT was
breached if a query is in Open status and client has written subsequent
emails asking for status then an interim response should be sent to client.
• F&O Segment Activation- Modification Required - supporting
documents that are mentioned did not specify all the conditions required
for successful approval regarding the documents.
• Observation for CE team - Client interaction history not checked
• Hygiene Issue - Inbound calling highlighted – No response was given
from agent’s end and call was disconnected
• Error in F&O Segment Activation - highlighted post onboarding also
client was facing error in F&O activation
• Funds Withdrawal Status not updated in Approd - issue highlighted
• Bank Modification charges reflected on web - highlighted to Jay and
correction made on web/app
• Senior Call Back Process raised for CE team
• IPO Application Process - competitor analysis shared to Jay
