Differential Pressure Transmitter
The smart Differential Pressure Transmitter adopts the fully isolated circuit technology design
to isolate the power supply and sensor signals, which improves the stability and
anti-interference ability of the whole machine. In particular, it has strong anti-interference
ability against strong interference signals of various frequencies generated by equipment such
as inverters and motors in the work site.
The smart transmitter also has parameter data backup and recovery functions. When the data is
modified or damaged by mistake, the data can be restored online through three buttons.

Function parameters
Range of application: liquid, gas and steam. Measuring range: see Table 4-1.
Signal output: Two-wire system 4-20mA isolated DC signal superimposed on HART digital
signal output, linear or square root output can be selected, the maximum output current does not
exceed 22mA.
Power supply: DC 12～45V; for HART communication: 15.5～45V DC; General working
voltage: 24V DC. Load range: During HART communication, the resistance in the power circuit
is ≥250 ohms, and the power supply voltage is ≥15.5 volts, as shown in Figure 3-3.
Communication distance: The connecting wire diameter is
greater than 0.6mm, and the communication distance is about 1500 meters.
Display: Intelligent LCD 5 and a half digits + backlight (white/green optional)
display;
Combining the F1, F2 and F3 buttons on the LCD liquid crystal display, the display
can display cyclically or fixedly: kPa, mA, ﹪, °C, mmH2O, Mpa, Pa, mbar, atm, psi, Torr
engineering unit, can be achieved without pressure to modify the measurement range (passive
migration,) set fixed current output, modify the damping time, set linearity, prescribing output
and backup and restore data and other functions.
Zero position and range migration: The lower limit of the measurement range is not lower
than the lower limit of the maximum measurement range, and the upper limit does not exceed
the upper limit of the maximum measurement range, that is, the working range does not exceed
the limit value of the sensor, and the zero position and range can be set to 4 Any corresponding
point of ~20mA. Zero pressure fine-tuning: refer to the key instructions.
Damping value: The adjustable range of electronic damping is 0～32 seconds. Magnification:
according to needs, adjustable within the range of 1 to 128 times.

Fault alarm: When the self-diagnosis program detects a fault, the analog output is higher than
20.8mA or lower than 3.9mA.
Recovering data: When the data is damaged, the damaged data can be recovered on the spot
with three buttons. Temperature compensation: The computer collects temperature data and
sends it to the transmitter for temperature compensation.
