Symptom

In S/4 HANA release you are not able to create House Bank Account with transaction FI12.

Environment

SAP enhancement package for SAP ERP, version for SAP HANA

Reproducing the Issue

Execute transaction FI12_HBANK or FI12 but not able to create House Bank Account.

Cause

The standard system design is changed.

Resolution

To create a House Bank Account, you may follow below instructions:

1. Use T-code FI12_HBANK or Fiori App "Manage Banks" to create a house bank.
2. Open the Fiori App "Manage Bank Accounts" in NWBC or Fiori LaunchPad.
3. Click the button "Create new bank account" in the toolbar.
4. Once a window popup, key in the information of the bank account.
5. In the tab "Connectivity Path"(or House Bank Account Connectivity as of 1709) , assign the house bank
you created in the step1 and specify a unique account for this house bank.

The ID created in Step 5. is the House Bank Account.


*In case you want to assign the same House Bank Account to a new Bank Account, you should:

1. Remove the house bank account from the old bank account via Connectivity Path/House Bank Account
Connectivity tab in Fiori App Manage Bank Account
2. Close the old bank account
3. Create a new bank account and assign house bank account again.
