Given below is a quotation including scope of work and material list For Installing five Air conditioners which is
to be installed at FNU disability centre Valelevu according to the plan as provided by cleint.

3 X 9000 BTU TCL Air Conditioners Split type ( including 3 mtr insulated piping 3/8,1/4 with 3 core harness if
non inverter whereas 4 core with inverter units}.
2 X 24000 BTU Air Conditioners Console Type (including 3 mtr insulated piping 5/8,1/4 with 3 core harness if
non inverter whereas 4 core with inverter units).
3 X 30 mm duct entry .
2X 40mm duct entry.
5 X 30mm ducting {1 length = 2m).
3 X 40mm ducting{1 length = 2m).
3 X 30mm flexible ducting.
2 X 40 mm flexible ducting.
100 pcs self-tapping screw X 20 mm .

Scope of work
Stage 1
All necessary entries will be [ ie bowering of 10 x 3 and colour bond tin as required.]
Installation of indoor bracket and unit.
Installation of ducting work as required.
Installation of copper and drainage piping followed by connecting unions.
Stage 2
Installation of all outdoor heat exchangers as required.
Mounting outdoor unit on plinth constructed by client as marked by technician on site.
Connection of all pipping works followed flare nuts
Connecting all pvc drainage pipe to the nearest gartering chamber including with gully trap if required.
Evacuating the system for impurities and vacuum test.
Leak testing of all joints and opening of all the two way and three way valves .
Test run of all unit.
Stage 3
Installation of ac remote controllers at desired locations as required.
Drainage test.
END OF WORK
Work Duration
All work shall be completed within maximum of 4 working days of from the date contract approved.

Note: All materials shall be supplied by your company {Vinod Patel Works}.
All out door heat exchanger paddings to be constructed by your company after stage 1 of work.{Refer to
technician in charge of work site where it shall be mounted }.
All electrical works such installation of wall outlets to be done by your company.{ie 2 x 16 amps and 3 x 10
amps wall outlet at required location as shown in plan}.
Payment after job completion to be made to ANZ account#12649521 Laukesh Chand .
Quotation amount: Two Thousand and Two Hundred Dollars $2,200 VEP
