I have read the following terms and conditions as supplied by Coriolis Central and acknowledge and agree that: I accept full responsibility for the care of the borrowed bicycle. I will not permit any other person to ride the bicycle. I am familiar with, understand and will adhere to the road traffic rules and regulations. I will not ride the bicycle, or permit it to be ridden, in breach of any legislation or By-Laws relating to road traffic. I will wear the helmet provided to me by Coriolis Central. Whilst I am borrowing the bicycle I will report back to Coriolis Central if any harm to myself or damage to the bicycle or helmet should occur whilst in my care. If the bicycle is lost, destroyed or damaged beyond repair, I agree to pay Coriolis Central for the replacement of the bicycle. I agree that I will release Coriolis Central and its organisers from any and all responsibility for injuries that may result from my use of the bicycle. I agree not to make a claim or sue Coriolis Central and its organisers for injuries or damages relating to the bicycle and my use of it. I give permission to the Coriolis Central organisers to place on the Coriolis Effect website, photographs taken of me and those that I provide from my Coriolis experience.
