Lionel Messi, still experiencing problems with the hamstring in his left leg, was unable to finish the match against Atl�tico de Madrid. The Bar�a star was forced to leave the field halfway through the second half and could not be substituted as his team had already made three changes.

The player was accompanied off the pitch by Dr. Pruna and ushered straight to the dressing room. Dani Alves was also substituted as a precautionary measure, suffering with a lower back muscular strain.
