Derby County: Tom Ince settled after five-goal start for Rams

Ince has scored five in three games for the Rams, including a crucial goal against promotion rivals Bournemouth
Winger Tom Ince says he feels settled at Derby County after an impressive start to his loan spell with the Championship promotion hopefuls.
The deadline day signing from Hull City has scored five goals in his first three matches for the Rams.
"I've really found my feet and I'm feeling confident in this team," the 23-year-old told BBC Radio Derby.
"I can't let up now. I have to keep my head down and maintain that standard. I've come here to get promoted."
Ince has struggled since joining the Tigers in the summer, making just nine appearances for the Premier League club and failing to hold down a regular place while on loan with Derby's east Midlands rivals Nottingham Forest.
But he scored 33 goals for the Seasiders between 2011 and 2014 and the England Under-21 international hopes to spend the rest of the season playing an equally significant role for the Rams.
"It's a great squad and the fans are unbelievable," Ince said.
"As long as I can keep my head down and work hard for this team, hopefully we'll be up there and we'll get promoted."
