A collaborative project between ByWater Solutions, one of the major providers of support services for the open source Koha integrated library system, and Donohue Group Inc. proposes to develop new MARC record editing and management capabilities to support the needs of complex cataloging operations. The Donohue Group will partially fund the development of the new cataloging module, which will be supplemented by funding contributed from ByWater Solutions

Equinox Open Library Initiative awards Vermont Jazz Center the Equinox Open Source Grant
April 26, 2021 - Equinox Open Library Initiative is pleased to announce that the Vermont Jazz Center in Brattleboro, Vermont is one of two grant recipients of this year's Equinox Open Source Grant. The Equinox Open Source Grant program provides migration, implementation, hosting, and support of the Koha Integrated Library System to eligible libraries, archives, museums, and other educational, cultural, and information organizations. The grant was inspired by the vibrant open source community and the belief that every community deserves to benefit from an accessible and thriving library.

RNN Group chooses Koha open source library management system, hosted and supported by PTFS Europe
April 22, 2021 - The RNN Group (Rotherham College, North Notts College, and Dearne Valley College) has chosen Koha as its new library management system, to replace the previous AutoLib Software Systems solution. PTFS Europe implemented the new system and will provide on-going hosting and support services.

Ravensbourne University London are now live with their new Koha open source library management system
April 19, 2021 - Ravensbourne University London selected the Koha library management system, hosted and supported by PTFS Europe, to replace an existing SirsiDynix Symphony solution, in August 2020. We are pleased to announce that the Koha system is now live and now supporting the university's library users. Koha was selected to provide improvements in managing the library's collections and deliver a better experience for the University's students.
