In the north of Mersing district spans Endau-Rompin National Park, Malaysia’s second largest national park after Taman Negara. Shared with the state of Pahang, Endau-Rompin is one of the oldest tropical rainforest complexes in the world and features rock formations some of which are 248 million years old.
