This site is best viewed at 1024x768 using Internet Explorer 4.0+ (shows color extensions, hover style and rollovers), Opera (shows hover style), or Netscape 4.0+ (has CSS style limitations). Percentage widths are used wherever possible to obtain proportional results at 800x600 with page length somewhat longer, or 640x480 with scroll limitations and page lengths a lot longer. Even so, horizontal scrolls are required for my largest 3 awards as received: 1124x1188, 1200x1200 and a whopping 1754x1240 for a certificate. 8 bit 256 color browser safe resolution is sufficient but will view the light pastel backgrounds as slightly darker. 16 bit 32m color resolution is required to view all colors correctly. Comments on page appearance are welcomed from recent AOL, Omniweb, Nokia, Cello and Safari (Mac OS X), Konquest (KDE Linux), Mozilla, Internet Explorer 4 through 6, Netscape 3(!) through 7, WebTV and Lynx (text) visitors. Only small amounts of Javascript are used, mainly for spam-free encoding of e-mail addresses. Flash, frames or plug-ins are not required.
