- Add precancel message group. Well, I did. Two days later, Delphi reduced the capability of basic access to make it uncontrollable by the host.
- Change character 149 (bullet) to character 8226 (bullet) to pass new validation standards.
- Analyze and correct W3C checklink recommendations if possible.
- Change award pages from 2 wide to 1 wide to fit in a width of 90% 800x600. Even though originally designed for 1024x768 and it says so on the home page, more and more sites are ignoring the former "anything goes" tradition in awards sections, and disqualifying sites that have a horizontal scroll anywhere at 800x600 resolution.
- Note COUNTY SEAT on proper town in county pages.

- Replace font and bold in award section with class=award in table cells.
- Change bottom navigation in Award Sites pages to up to 10 pages above or below or all pages in the same level, not page 1 of all levels. Awards unrated pages done through page 0k.
- Change e-mail addresses to javascript, as in aw/awards.htm. Also break up /a and make one line.

- Add pastel backgrounds in county pages for Mexican, Republic, antebellum, civil war. Post offices color can be added at TR level, at least as far as BASTROP COUNTY
- Added discontinued post offices as far as BEXAR COUNTY
- Added address, hours, phone number for operating post offices. Large cities can be checked by zip code on www.usps.gov US Postal Service site as far as 75102 and 77000-77024 to obtain the address of main and branch offices with phone number and hours. An online search at www.melissadata.com also works and has zip codes delivered, but contains old data checked as far as _____. It also had a county display of address, which is faster than the USPS search.
- Add double interlaced cross references for the time post offices were in OTHER counties, see ANDREWS/GAINES COUNTIES. Color will be slightly darker than that for the active post offices.
- Add red/green/yellow pastel to county post office operating box as in legend above, as far as ANDERSON COUNTY.

- The style was changed to remove rollover BOLD. Highlighted links can be bold and others normal. Highlight current page at bottom and add left and right round bullets around the link. Bold text link for page and add similar larger bullets
- Change Home to Entry on top navigation, and split Home and Entry on bottom navigation. Copy version at bottom of ABBOTT to other towns.
- Update master zip code set from 75001. Change directory sections for each 3 digit set. Add zip code sections to site. They are in process, with bad links if the individual zip code page has not been created.
