Since it started in 1997 ... the mission of Award Sites! has been all about "Bettering the Internet Experience!" through offering a variety of features, including...  approved web hosting companies; articles related to all aspects of the internet; free resources; NovaSite! of the Month; tutorials; the premiere rating service for web award programs; and, recognition of those who have contributed to the development of the World Wide Web ... now referred to as The Internet.

And while many of its services are no longer active, information remains on all of them to provide visitors ... a historical perspective of the efforts involved in making the Internet a better place to do whatever!
