• I have clearly listed every relevant configuration, custom setting, environment variable, and command-line option that influences my setup (such as Docker Compose overrides, .env values, browser settings, authentication configurations, etc).
• I have documented step-by-step reproduction instructions that are precise, sequential, and leave nothing to interpretation. My steps:
• Start with the initial platform/version/OS and dependencies used,
• Specify exact install/launch/configure commands,
• List URLs visited, user input (incl. example values/emails/passwords if needed),
• Describe all options and toggles enabled or changed,
• Include any files or environmental changes,
• Identify the expected and actual result at each stage,
• Ensure any reasonably skilled user can follow and hit the same issue.

Expected Behavior

On the workspace models page, it should only fetch models from /api/v1/models/list once.

Actual Behavior

On the workspace models page, the /api/v1/models/list api endpoint is called 2 times with the same query parameters.

This has been observed in the latest version 0.6.40, but is not reproducible in 0.6.34

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run open-webui via docker and using default configuration
2. Create a workspace model
3. Navigate to the model workspaces page
4. Open chrome developer tools
5. Goto the network tab in chrome developer tools
6. Filter for "Fetch/XHR" requests
7. Navigate to the "Knowledge"
8. Clear the network log
9. Navigate to "Models"
10. Observe the API endpoint being requested 2 times
