Unable to verify GitHub Student Pack due to non-English student ID #181853

Hi everyone,Hello, I’m having trouble verifying my GitHub Student Developer Pack because my student ID card is not in English. The document is an official student ID issued by my university, and it clearly shows my name, institution, and validity date, but all the information is written in Portuguese. Could you please let me know if this document is acceptable, or if I should provide an additional document or translation to complete the verification? |

I was able to resolve the issue by manually translating the visible information on my student ID to English for submission purposes. No original data was altered. All names, numbers, dates, and identifiers remain exactly the same as on the original document. Only the language of the labels/descriptions was changed to English to make the information clear. Please let me know if this is acceptable or if you need any additional documentation. Best regards! |
