1 Product Introduction
VERSATI, a DC inverter multifunctional air to water heat pump adopting
advanced heat pump technology, absorbs natural heat from the ambient air
for room heating. It not only satisfies room heating requirements but also
supplies domestic hot water. Besides, VERSATI can also provide you a
cool air in hot summer.

VERSATI adopts R32(ODP=0,GWP=675), an eco-friendly refrigerant which


is harmless to the atmosphere. Moreover, with advanced heat pump
technology and powerful hardware, the efficiency of VERSATI has been
improved, resulting in much lower CO2 emission. It is a green product.

ON and OFF control of the unit is realized by lower temperature


sensors, which renews water temperature in real time, thus ensuring
the perfect timing of startup.

In this mode, the heat pump and the electric heater of the water tank operate at the same
time to realize rapid heating.


If tank temp is 80 ℃, the highest temp of heat pump is 50 ℃. When unit start work, the water
heating will realized with heat pump before tank temp reaches 50 ℃; and then tank temp will
be heating from 50 ℃ to 80 ℃ by e-heater only.

 When there are some malfunction happened , customer can chose


emergency operation , under this condition , the unit will start the back-up
thermal or the auxiliary electric heater to realize heat and hot water .

NOTE: The emergency function only available when the back-up


thermal or the auxiliary electric heater is installed 。
When user is on a trip in winter, the unit can be set to operate
automatically so as to keep the room temperature between 10 and 15℃.
On the other hand, it can prevent the water system from freezing.

If outdoor unit has any malfunction and stop work, the back-up e-heaters
begin work; and when room temp or leaving water temp reaches the
default value, back-up e-heater stop work.
The mode is available for heating/cooling/heat + hot water/cool + hot
water. But ONLY control heating/cooling outlet temperature ,NOT for
water tank temperature.

If user choose the water temp as control , There are three kinds of situations:
 Outdoor temp ≧ Upper OT-Heat, The default target temp is keep Lower-WT-Heat.
 Outdoor temp ≦ Lower OT-Heat, the default target temp is keep Upper WT-Heat.
 Lower OT-Heat < Outdoor temp < Upper OT-Heat , the default target temp will have a
linear change as the outdoor temp.
In this mode, the water heating system can be disinfected. When starting
up disinfection function and setting corresponding time to meet the
requirement of disinfection mode, the function will start. After the setting
temp is reached, this mode will terminate.

In this mode, the water temp can be up to 70℃, and it can prevent the
growth of bacteria and ensure sanitary water, creating a wholesome life
experience for user.
3 options of control logic for backup thermal according to requirement can be chosen :
logic 1/ logic 2/ logic 3

Logic1 : backup heat source is just for heating ; Its setting water temperature equals
the whole unit setting temperature.
Logic2 : backup thermal source can be used for heating and hot water through the 3-
way valve , setting water temperature of backup heater should less than 60℃ ;
Logic3 : The unit sends signal to energize the backup thermal , but it will not control
3-way valve or 2-way valve which only can be controlled manually
There is no auxiliary built-in e-heater with the VERSATI Ⅲ 。 The
customer can install it onsite according the actual project situation .
Once e –heater installed, there are 2 logics can be chosen to control

Logic1 : Heat pump and e-heater will not be energized simultaneously.


Logic2 : Heat pump and e-heater can be energized simultaneously under
low temperature condition

Compared with VERSATI Ⅱ& Ⅱ+ , the controller of VERSATI Ⅲ is much
humanization and much easier to handle, customer no need to look up the
user manual.
VERSATI Ⅲ has a much perfect e-heater control logic.

 Optional E-heater installed by field supply

There is no auxiliary built-in e-heater with the VERSATI Ⅲ 。 The customer can
install it onsite according the actual project situation , the control port for the relay of
e-heater is available with the unit
