Blackpool have made their 10th signing of the summer with the arrival of Tom Ince from Liverpool on a two-year deal with the option for a third year.
Ince, 19, is a left-winger and son of former Blackburn boss and Liverpool player, Paul.
The ex-England Under-19 player appeared eight times for Notts County while on loan last season.
The Seasiders have had to pay an undisclosed fee to the Reds because he turned down a new deal at Anfield.
Ince made his Liverpool debut as a substitute in the Carling Cup defeat by Northampton Town in September 2010.
He joins his youth team colleague, Gerardo Bruna, in making the switch from Anfield to Bloomfield Road.
