Substitute Thomas Ince scored both goals as Blackpool came from behind to beat Doncaster.
Rovers had led through Billy Sharp's 27th-minute strike - his second goal of the season.
But Ince, the son of former England midfielder Paul, levelled six minutes after his introduction when he curled the ball past Neil Sullivan.
And the one-time Liverpool youngster won it for the hosts in stoppage time with a 20-yard effort.
Rovers, still in the honeymoon period under new boss Dean Saunders, went ahead when Sharp was on hand to convert Giles Barnes' mis-hit shot.
The former Sheffield United striker was close to doubling the lead early in the second half but just could not reach Pascal Chimbonda's cross.
John Oster was denied by Matt Gilks, but home manager Ian Holloway's triple substitution turned the game on its head.
Gilks denied Sharp just after Ince's first goal, but Blackpool upped the pressure, and Sullivan was called into action to deny fellow substitutes Kevin Phillips and Callum McManaman.
But the 41-year-old was finally beaten for the second time with 94 minutes on the clock, Ince completing the comeback to move the Tangerines up to eighth place in the Championship table.
