Recommendations
To the administrators of academic institutions:
1. Construct and follow sustainable support programs and workshops in order to address a
teacher’s stress before it becomes overwhelming. It can help teachers master in the subject
of their specialization, give opportunities for teachers to communicate constructively with their
respective administrators and establish workshops on time management and team building.
2. Establish wellness programs – which are also useful in order to lessen work stress among
teachers. These can help improve health outcomes for teachers and can even save money
due to lower medical costs and absences.
3. And lastly, since one of the main sources of teacher stress is student behavioral problems,
therefore, emotional learning programs are highly necessary. This could be of great help for
teachers to manage their students more effectively and can greatly reduce anxiety.
