Dear Candidate,
Based on your merit and choices of Institutions exercised by you during online Counselling, you have been provisionally retained your previously alloted
seat.
Please read following instructions carefully:
1. Physical Reporting (whose willingness is FREEZED):For physical reporting, only candidate, whose willingness is FREEZED upto Round 3, is
required to report in person at the allotted Institute as per above mentioned reporting schedule(in case of non-reporting allotted seat will be deemed as
cancelled, no refund will be provided for whatsoever reason).
2. For physical reporting candidate is required to produce all the relevant document in original (with a set of self-attested photocopies) such as proof of
qualifying examination (12th/diploma/UG marksheets etc.), certificate(s) of category/ subcategory/ Rural Weightage/ Fee Waiver etc. whichever are
applicable, medical fitness/Character Certificate from the Institution last attended etc. on the prescribed format available in the Information Brochure. At
any stage, if the documents submitted by candidate are found to be forged / fake, then the seat allotted will be cancelled.
3. For physical reporting candidate is required to report with full amount of fee of the allotted institute. Notably the fees of the allotted institute and its
mode of payment will be confirmed/provided by respective institute.
4. If candidate accepts the allocated seat with floating option, and allotted a different seat in a subsequent round, then her/his current offered/accepted
seat will automatically be forfeited.
5. The seat acceptance fee, which is available with the University, shall be transferred to the allotted Institute. In case, you fail to report in person for
admission in the allotted Institute/Branch within the specified period, the seat allotted to you shall automatically stand cancelled and hence allotted seat
shall be treated as vacant. Further, in such a case, the fee submitted by you during counseling process shall be forfeited and you shall not be eligible for
refund.
6. You shall be required to submit the balance amount of Institute Fee (after deducting seat acceptance fee) and other fees as applicable for the allotted
Institute. For fee details, please see the website of the allotted institute contact the allotted institute.
7. Request for Hostel Allotment would be considered by the Allotted Institute After admission in the Institute.
8. NO "Change of Institute" OR "Migration" shall be allowed at any stage during the duration of the Course.
