PF e-Nomination Process
Required documents:
Photo: Individual photos of employee and nominee
Address: Present and Permanent addresses of employee and nominee
Aadhar card: employee and nominee
Bank details: Employee and nominee
PAN card details: Employee and nominee
Process steps:
To login to
unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in or https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in
1. Update UAN number (you can refer to pay slip for UAN number)
2. Update Password
3. Update Captcha
After login
1. Click on profile and update the photo of the employee, present and permanent addresses of the
employee.
2. Once the photo and other details have uploaded and profile is complete n all aspect
3. click on manage.
a. From the drop down select nomination.
b. Upload the nominee photo.
c. Upload the address - present and permanent.
d. Upload the Aadhar details, Bank Details and PAN card details.
e. And Save
4. To update E-Sign;
a. Click on E-sign (click on the e-sign icon from the window)
b. Enable the check box
c. Update Aadhar Number and OTP
d. Submit
5. A PDF file will be generated which you have to share with HR on [email protected]
as the details should go to the respective employees E-docket file.
