SUPPLEMENTAL USER AGREEMENT FORM
1. The User has signed a User Agreement Form (“User Agreement Form”) dated
____________.
2. In accordance with the nationwide Movement Control Order (“MCO”) imposed by the
Government of Malaysia (“the Government”) commencing from 18 March 2020 to a such other
date as will be announced and implemented (“MCO Period”), the premises of Komune Co-
Working has been closed.
3. In consideration of the User paying and/or continuing to pay the Subscription Fee during the
MCO Period, the Company hereby offers the User the following:
(a) an extension of the Term of Usage as set out in Part B of the User Agreement Form to
the numbers of days where the premises of Komune Co-Working remains or has to
remain closed during the MCO Period (“Extended Term”);
(b) The Extended Term shall be free of any Subscription Fee; AND
4. This Extended Term offer is made at the absolute discretion of the Company and is subject to
amendments and changes as may be decided by the Company at its sole absolute discretion
and subject to the User not having breached any terms and conditions of the User Agreement
Form.
5. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as used in the User Agreement Form and the
Terms and Conditions which forms part of the User Agreement Form, unless otherwise stated
herein.
6. All other provisions of the User Agreement Form remain in full force and effect, other than any
provision that conflicts with the terms of this Supplemental User Agreement Form, which shall
be deemed to be amended appropriately in order to be consistent with this Supplemental User
Agreement Form. Should there be any inconsistency between the User Agreement Form and
the Supplemental User Agreement Form, the Supplemental User Agreement Form shall prevail.
7. This Supplemental User Agreement Form shall be in effect as from the date stated herein.
