CONTRACT FOR DATA CENTER SERVICE
(Extension 3)
With reference to the earlier signed “CONTRACT FOR DATA CENTER SERVICE “signed at Lahore on
November 04, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Original contract’)
Between
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) 11th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park, 346-B,
Ferozepur Road, Lahore, (hereinafter called PITB)
AND
NIORINCO-GMG-DAEWOO having its head office SECTOR SHOP NO. 30A, BASEMENT FLOOR
OPPOSITE MASJID SECTOR-A, BLOCK-A, Lahore Cantonment , through its authorized
representative Mr. Tan Zidong Holding Passport No. PE 3024606 (Hereinafter called Orange Line Metro
Transit System “OLMRTS”).
WITH THE REFERENCE of the general term of Clause 3 of Parental agreement.
which expression shall deem to mean and include, where the context so permits, its successors-in-
interest and assigns, of the second part.
Both the Client and Agency mutually agreed after amicable consensus to extend validity of the original
contract for another twelve months effective from November 04, 2023 till November 03, 2024.
All terms and clauses of original contract will be applicable during the extension period
WHEREAS:
the Parties have signed this Addendum at Lahore in the presence of the witnesses on the day, month,
and year first above written.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Parties acknowledged that they have carefully read, understood
and signed this Extension No 3 at Lahore in the presence of the witnesses on the
