criminal proceedings or any court proceedings initiated and DNHPDCL and any employed therof, shall not be
responsible for the same.

instructions or any other information is found to be false at any stage. My/our electric connection may not be
released and if released, it may be disconnencted without any notice and all charges deposited by me/us be
forfeited.
