THE PROBLEM WITH THEIR COMPANY'S CORPVANTAGE SERVICES
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a subset of outsourcing that comprises transferring
control of a particular business process to a different service provider. Back-office outsourcing, which
covers internal corporate functions like finance and accounting or human resources, and front-office
outsourcing, which consists of customer-related services like contract center services, are the two main
categories of BPO. The contracting out of a specific company function to a third-party service provider,
such as payroll, HR, or accounting, is known as business processing outsourcing (BPO), sometimes
known as outsourcing. BPO is frequently employed as a technique for cost-cutting for jobs that a
company needs but does not rely on to retain their place in the market.
The corporate environment of today is incredibly diverse and difficult. Outsourcing is currently a
must for corporations advantage. This company is somewhat unknown because it is a newcomer to the
BPO sector, but its founders, Miguel, Miko, and Ara, came up with a plan to attract more customers and
expand their business. Corpvantage Services focuses on providing quality and efficient service. They
considered developing a generalist in HR by recruiting a worker to help them with their work. Industries
and workers were extremely safe in the protected economy. Industries had grown less effective and
productive as a result of excessive protection. The industrial field in this scenario is heavily dominated by
human resources .Miko ,Miguel and Arra did not do there work properly to the training of new hired
employees. If they still continue it they may be lose a job.
A quarterly evaluation for his clientele was carried out by Miguel in 2020. Miguel considered the
reasons why his evaluation for his clients was low and the majority of his clients are grumbling due to
low production and freshly hired personnel and the employees didn’t meet the standards of their clients
requirements. After studying the feedback from his clients and noticing an increase in client complaints
Miguel wants to solve/overcome the company’s problem.
Here are the issues the business is now dealing with:
inadequate contractors who fail to meet the client's performance expectations.
duties performed by uncertain outsourced workers
outsourced workers who lack training and are demotivated
excessive turnover rates
minimal output
The HR generalists' company had a problem with the lack of training requirements for newly
hired personnel, and as a result, many of their clients have complained about the quality of the service
they receive. In order to remedy the problems the organization is experiencing, the concerns raised in this
case study must be addressed.
Objectives/goals:
i. To devise strategies to overcome the identified difficult issues and overcome
those challenges.
ii. To solve the recruitment policies
iii. Those seeking employment with the organization will face more stringent
recruitment criteria.
iv. To improve the services of the company
One of the nation's Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) firms, Corpvantages Services was
founded in 2005. It is located in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. Miguel, Miko, and Arra were among
those who wanted to work in the BPO sector. Because they wanted to give their customers high-quality
service, they founded the business. The case considers Corpvantage Services, where the HR department is
in charge of hiring new staff members and acting as the policy supervisor for hiring practices. The
business began hiring individuals who were competent and knowledgeable for the HR team, and they also
established standards for people seeking employment.
Since HR is in charge of the numerous projects being implemented, according to the three HR
generalists who lead the charge. From one client to seven clients over time, the business kept growing.
What I see about the case issue it indicates that the employees are the problem. Only one day of training
in communication skills, two days in customer service, and three days in client process training are
provided by the HR department. Miguel, Miko, and Arra are the main culprits., the three individuals who
founded this group. lacked focus and comprehension of the unmet demands of his employees. As long as
the rules are set up front, it won't be difficult to get the required number of people to collaborate in a
group or team, those who would offer client training would adhere strictly to any rules regarding the
number of days needed.
Getting the right employees on board ensures they grow with you, contributing to your overall
success as a business and reducing the need to hire again and again for each new leadership position you
may develop down the road. The best practice to avoid having too many negative feedbacks from your
clients is to intensify the recruitment policies, to train the new employees well, and to watch if he can do
the tasks like that field. Also more valuable are mature personnel. Miguel and his team needs to set up
rules or procedures for what his employees are expected to do. When and where you are determine the
best schedule to accomplish it. Regulations for behavior at work should be implemented. In his company,
every employee counts. He ought to make everything successful. He needs to make sure that everyone in
the company is in good standing so that everyone can achieve their goals at the same time. The entire
piece flows well together. There will be no confusion. Moreover, no one else has expressed a
disagreement
They ought to consider their group's objectives for the business from the very beginning and
ought to treat their workers fairly. They should make a strategy for their actions so that they can think of a
solution for the impending issue, and they should also consider each other to be on an equal footing and
to share the same goals in order to create a strong working relationship and good work in their
organization.

A CONCERN CORPVANTAGE SERVICES SHOULDN'T DISREGARD
It's important to keep in mind that the Corpvantage Services in Pampanga's Clark Freeport Zone have
a few problems. This includes unskilled and unmotivated outsourced workers, high turnover rates, and
low productivity. Incompetent outsourced workers who fall short of the client's performance criteria.
Uncertain outsourced workers in terms of tasks. If they are going to solve this issue, they need to work
together and take action rather than just making plans. Issues that should not be overlooked. Would you
act in the same manner if you were the client in the aforementioned situation?
The Corpvantage Services, located in Pampanga's Clark Freeport Zone, is currently dealing with
significant issues. The founding members of this business are Miguel, Miko, and Arra. former workers for
international corporations. began with an accountant, a secretary, and three generalists in human
resources. The organization is proud of its capable and competent HR team. Miguel conducted a process
audit in September 2020 to evaluate the efficiency of the business's procedures by looking at the clients'
quarterly reviews. He then observed a number of issues within their company. The worst case scenario is
that they could lose their jobs or have a company failure.
The workers are the issue, according to what I've read about the matter. Only one day is allotted by
the HR department for training in communication skills, two days for instruction in customer service, and
three days for instruction in client processes. I can only say that Miguel, Miko, and Arra are the ones who
have the most to improve. the trio of individuals in charge of this company. lacked concentration and
ability to recognize the unmet needs of his employees. The amount of individuals required to work as a
single group or team will not be challenging if guidelines are established initially. People who would
conduct client training would genuinely adhere to policies if there were any about the amount of days
required.
In my opinion, Miguel needs to establish guidelines or policies regarding what his staff members must
perform. The ideal time to do it depends on where you are and when it is. Workplace rules of conduct.
Employee counts in his company. He should set everything up to achieve success. In order for everyone
to fulfill their goals simultaneously, he must ensure that everyone in the firm is in good standing. The
work is cohesive as a whole. Everybody will understand. Additionally, no one else has voiced any
objections.
They should establish the project's goal from the beginning. They now need to change their somewhat
unwise organizational pattern. The workforce must come together as one.
