CONCRETE COVER BLOCK FOR RCC SRTUCTURE

SCOPE
This Methodology describes a proper work procedure shall be carried out during the making cover
blocks work.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:


 Project Manager: He shall be responsible to guide and give direction to the entire site team to
execute the job as mentioned in this Methodology.
 Site Engineer: He shall be responsible for control, supervision and implementation of this
Methodology at project site.
 QA/QC Engineer: He shall be responsible to carry out material approval/field
inspection/checking.
 Site Supervisor: He shall be responsible to carry out the work as per drawing, specification.

MATERIAL, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS

 Steel Wire Brush


 Trowel
 Kany/Patra
 Mould
 Raw Material & Cement water.
 Mixer Machine.

WORK METHOD AND CONTROL

 Identify the areas where is block making


 Prepare the Area and apply the shuttering oil properly.
 The ratio of concrete block same as concrete of strength as per requirement.
 Mix the material in the concrete mixture as per grade of concrete.
 Making the cover with size mould.
 Cure in surface minimum for 7 days
