The Managing Contractor advises that the above plant system comprising the mechanical equipment and piping (within the system) as per the
attached AS Built engineering drawings and specifications and is considered to be "mechanically complete".

The mechanical equipment and piping are complete;


Painting have been completed, as applicable;
All Category 1 punch items have been signed-off;
Hand marked-up, as-built drawings have been provided;
All QA/QC information relevant to the equipment within the Condensate system has been provided, as per project requirements

Client confirms acceptance that the above plant system is mechanically completed and hence accepts transfer of care, custody and control for the
system. Client, as employer/user of machinery, becomes legally responsible for the system under the Mozambique Safety Regulator.

- list of signed-off equipment box-up certificates;
- marked-up ISOMETRIC’s showing scope of system;
- signed-off Category 1 punch lists;
- Category 2 punch list (correction by sub-section RFC);
- Category 3 punch list (correction by sub-section RFO).
