No splits along rail
Both rails same length
2. Rungs
Rungs evenly spaced
Rungs recessed into side rail
Rungs secured and unable to rotate
Rung not bent, split or missing
3. Reinforcement
Lateral wire secure to both side rails
Lateral wire located below every fifth rung
Longitudinal wires secured at each end of ladder
No breaks or missing 'U' staples
4. General
Rear support legs undamaged
Attachement and condition of spreader limiting devices
ID Number clearly marked
Color code clearly marked
Color code clearly positioned
Tie-off rope attached to upper rungs
