It is a gathered skirt adorned with a delicate lace hemline. The skirt is worked from the top down, starting with a waistband that allows for an encased elastic. The lace hemline is knitted-on (sideways) to the live skirt stitches, and the lace is seamlessly joined at the end. Smooth fabric with lovely drape will move beautifully as you walk. The skirt can be made with either a subtle or full flare. Quantities shown below are for the subtle flare. Add approx 30% more for the full flare.
