99th Senate Corps troopers are former Coruscant and Kamino Security clone troopers that take direct orders from the Chancellor following the events of Arc trooper Five's discovery of the inhibitor chips. These clones protect vital secrets of the Republic and are sent to planets that pull out of the war efforts of either side entirely. If the planet refuses to join or rejoin the Republic they are "silenced".
