Beachbody on Demand or BOD hosts pre-recorded workout videos that are organized into workout programs. Each workout program has one (or two) super trainers and a common theme. The most popular Beachbody on Demand programs are 21 Day Fix, 80 Day Obsession, LIIFt4, and #MBF. (I have created running hybrid schedules for all of these programs by the way!). With workout programs, you can pause, stop, and re-start anytime!
