If you want to get your first full push up, split your training into 3 days

Day 1️⃣: ECCENTRIC PUSH UPS

Practice lowering yourself for the full range over 3-5 seconds

Day 2️⃣: CONCENTRIC PUSH UPS

Practice pushing yourself from the bottom of the push up to the top

Day 3️⃣: ISOMETRIC PUSH UPS

Practice holding yourself in the lowest position of the push up for 5-10 seconds 

For all three days, you can use an elevated surface (squat rack, staircase, chair, etc) if you're not able to perform the exercises from the floor yet.

As you become stronger, lower the height of the elevation until you reach the floor.

When our knees are bent and weight is in our toes, the push up requires much more upper body strength  But when our knees are locked out, glutes are squeezed, and weight is in our toes,  Our bodies are rigid...making push ups easier👌  🔥Bonus tip:  As you learn to keep your body as rigid as possible, practice one push up at a time; this means...do one push up, then rest.
