This is an 1800's stoneware whiskey jug. The jug is in excellent condition with no crazing, cracks, nicks or chips normally characteristic of an antique item. The 14" height jug is 9" at the base. A salt glazed beige oatmeal body leads to a deep brown cone neck with an intact loop handle. There is a cork (no attempt to remove).
