Black box wreath frame measuring 12" across outer diameter with 4 wires. Made of heavy duty, thick metal "wires". The outer and inner wires on this frame sit flat on the surface, and the middle two wires are raised a 1/2 inch, so that it gives it a slightly arched form. Use as a wreath base, along with zip ties or chenille stems to attach deco mesh, burlap, greenery, ribbon, etc to make any wreath you can imagine!
