Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into bottom of a springform pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3. Pour half of the batter over crust. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top. Repeat with remaining batter and caramel.
4. Bake for 45-50 mins until center is almost set. Cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
